By accessing or creating an account on Luvfell (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a couple, family, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Host & User Responsibilities
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, dates, schedules, and media uploaded to their celebration pages. You agree not to upload defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content to the platform.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Hosts retain all copyright and ownership rights to personal photographs, family stories, and custom audio uploaded to their event vault. Luvfell retains all rights to platform design templates, typography licensing, logos, and UI components.
4. Availability & Maintenance
We strive to maintain continuous availability for invitations and active celebration timelines. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We do not provide absolute uptime guarantees for external telecommunications or messaging networks.
