We want every host and couple to celebrate with confidence and joy. As we operate primarily in preview access mode, our refund and cancellation policies reflect our commitment to fair treatment.

• Preview Tiers: Free preview accounts incur no fees and can be archived or deleted anytime without obligation.
• Paid Celebrations: For paid upgrades (upon public release), refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase provided the celebration event has not yet taken place.
• Bespoke Custom Commissions: Due to manual stylist time and personalized illustration work, bespoke commissions are non-refundable once design drafting has commenced.
