• Host Account Information: Full name, verified email address, phone number, and optional profile avatar.
• Celebration Event Details: Event titles, dates, ceremonial schedules, venue addresses, custom narrative stories, and dress code recommendations.
• Guest RSVP Responses: Guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, attendance status (yes, no, maybe), dietary or meal choices, and party size numbers.
• Memories & Wishes: Photos, videos, and written guestbook greetings submitted by hosts or invited guests.
• Usage & Device Telemetry: Aggregated page view counts, browser/device types, and general country regions to help hosts assess delivery rates.

3. Guest Privacy & Access Controls

Guest RSVP submissions and private event memories are accessible exclusively by the designated event host and authorized collaborators. We do not sell, rent, or monetize guest contact information or event media to third parties or marketing networks.

4. Media Storage & Retention

Uploaded celebration media is stored in cloud object storage configured with access controls. Event hosts maintain full ownership over their celebration assets and can request export or permanent deletion of their celebration archives at any time.

5. Children’s Privacy

Luvfell is directed toward adult celebration hosts and planners. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information directly from children under 13 without verified parental or legal guardian consent.
